Versatility. Many commerces in a same area. There are 2 restaurants, a pet shop, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a dollarama, a gym, a clothing store and more!Low prices and good service. It's a nice place to stop by whenever you need anything.If you ever come by, you won't have to spend minutes trying to find a parking space because there's one in the middle of the place and one at the back of it, just behind the metro.
