CIBC Branch (Cash at ATM only)

On Reception, very rude girl. Suggestion- please change your Job if you don't like to work.I am loyal customer for years of CIBC., haven't seen such employees ever like this location.

The lady at front desk doesn’t want to help guys! They should understand that we r earning not them… money has some value ! We don’t have time to talk to 10 people and resolve 1 issue

The lady in the reception is so rude and have no sense of customer service. I have been visiting the branch twice a month and had to face her everytime. She is more focused on her looks and chit chat instead of helping the customers out and never try to help any customer in tough situation, always try to make things go away however, our advisor, Mona is very nice and respectful women always try to help us out in every possible way and know how to deal with the customer service. We have been moved our from this bank long way ago but only because of mona we are still with them cuz she understands the need of fulfilling the customers request and always very cheerful.

The representative at the front desk is completely unprofessional and doesn’t even listen to the clients needs. It’s very shocking CIBC hires such people. I was so upset with the service with the way she treated me at the desk. She was rude and didn’t even try to help me out. Instead of working professionally and dealing with a certain respect at the branch, she is giggling and doing non work related chats with other people while I’m waiting to be served and have their customer rep on the line who wants to talk to her. But in the end, Evan helped me out. She was really nice and made my experience a little okay.

This branch should be shut down immediately. The staff are fullsome burden on CIBC payroll. By closing down CIBC can save money on salary and rental of premises. Today is July 7 and Manager voicemail says will be back in office on July 4. Horrible staff and their Leader..

Recently applied for a mortgage product with CIBC through Goldie Sharma (Mortgage Advisor- CIBC). I specially wanted to make time to leave him a Google review as he made the application process very smooth. I found him very knowledgeable with the product and competitor information and he never rushed or cut-short to explain or answer our questions in detail. They naver pick up the phone wen you really need them and they are the worse for makin acct we open up a business acct and the lady didant apply for our visa now we have to go back and re apply this is wast of Time trust me they good to sign people up but after that your on your own !! My gosh I bin with them for 8years!! No more of this
