I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to this Test center's organizer Dania Masood. I had applied for my EOR and didn't receive payment link nor update from the main head office. She patiently understood my concern and reached out to her manager and got the process pushed and in within 2 weeks I got my revaluation done.She kept me updated with the updates of where my application was. Thank you Dania !I would further request to update the address on Google maps as this my send the candidates on another address.

Exceptional service, in a word ! All the IELTS exam components were meticulously organised. I got the IELTS GT results in just 2 days. Mr.Abdul Rahman J , the test venue head/manager, was affable, gave clear instructions about the exam formalities as well as communicated promptly about the test results and the TRF collection/delivery info. Great location, Pooya is a great guy with bright smile. He helped me getting my TRF faster than original timeline to meet my needs. Gives postive feeling as soon as you enter the centre. I took Comuter based exam and my experience here is top notch. Special thanks to Hira hasnian for co-ordinating with Pooya in getting my TRF on time.

I have a test on December 29th, 2021. I sent them an email a week before the exam; however, no reply at all. The result must be received after 3-5 day and I need the result for the college. However, I haven't received any results for up to 10 days. I kept calling, no one picked up the phone, I kept sending emails, no one replied. Because I was living in downtown Toronto, and that was so far from the exam that is why I had been waiting 10 days for any response based on all voice mails and emails that I had left/ sent. I had a lot of stress during all these days waiting. Finally, on day 10, I went to the office and before going there I called them and I hoped someone would pick up the phone, but still no answer! :(When I was there, their ONLY excuse was we were busy and it was Christmas and new year. I was shocked as long as the test office was only closed for three days, and anytime I was there I have seen the two examiners were talking and laughing, even the day I went for result, they talked and laughed, how can it possible they have no time to do their job but they have a Lot of time to talk and laugh?!!!!! I was so upset as I have not seen any disresponsible people and places in Canada since that day.Before I wanted to register in this place I went to check the Google Review and I saw all students give them 5 stars and they indicated the staff are very polite and respectful. :) I wish it was true!I think for such disresponsible people we should have a choice of -1 star or a red alert star.

I have really appreciated for choosing this venue to take IELTS. It is a good place and has excellent customer service. Special thanks to Dania Masood, who was patient enough to understand my problems and was eager to help me. Because of Dania Masood's help and kindness, I think this is a very recommended IELTS test center. And this center also has a wide selection of test times, booking is very convenient, highly recommended.

I would say amazing supporting staff. It was too cold outside. I was not allowed to wear jacket but for me they put heater in my speaking room so that I would be comfortable and warm with exam. They did such a great think as a humanity. Thanku guys u all are so nice and supportive.Overall the surrounding was so quite and favourable for us.

Great phone customer service, spoke to a Miss Dania Masood and she was quite patient and eager to provide the help I needed, so appreciate it. It's always good to have your concerns dealt with in a sincere way. Booking and everything was very easy.

First time writing a google review and online review in my life.Let me share my unbiased experience with this testing center. I needed my IELTS for immigration purposes and previously did look at a few testing sites. Some sites have many negative feedbacks and that makes me anxious when selecting a testing site. Finally I decided to choose this site given many positive reviews on Google.Let me share with you why I gave a 5 star review:1. This place is very well organized. You show up at 8AM for your Listening, Reading and Writing exam, then you are asked to check in your belongings to lockers and you get a number for your locker.2. Each person is registered sequentially in the order you arrived, in orderly fashion. Staff members are very polite, needless to say. Did not encounter rude candidates nor staff that day :)3. They provide 3 pieces of 2HB pencils, all nicely sharpened and also an eraser. It appears this site does not allow your own eraser and pencils. I don't have a problem with that because they provide everything.4. During the Listening, Reading and Writing exam, the instructions are clearly read out loud. Especially during Reading and Writing, the staff reminds you that 20 minutes, 40 minutes have elapsed. Also they additionally remind you that you have 5 more minutes and 1 more minutes etc.5. The same can be said about the Speaking exam scheduled the next day for me.I cannot think of anything that I should give this place a less than 5 star.

I did my Ielts general training test here, I was really satisfied their time management, and the staff are polite. Strongly recommended

I found the best IELTS exam centre as it was a quite place to make proper concentration during Exam.Great experience without a doubt....
