Had to get hold of bell/mts for repairs trying to get through to anyone on the phone was a true nightmare they handed me off to six different people and different numbers to call and the last person just hung up. Later on that day when my boyfriend finally got through they figured out I needed a technician which was great they setup the appointment for the next day. Well the good news about this was they were great his name was Brad couldn't of asked for a better person. He had to leave and go do another job which was kinda my fault because we couldn't get into a room where the box was. He called and came back and finished the repair and was really good about everything one of the nicest repair person I ever had thank you and in the future he should be answering the phone.

Outstanding customer service from Yonas. He went above and beyond, helping the family with all our phone needs. He answered any question we had, and he had a very positive attitude. He worked hard to ensure we had the best possible plan for us all. Yonas thank you again for spending the extra time with us.

Big thank you to Nathan at BellMTS in the shoppers mall!! I personally find getting a new phone to be daunting. In fact I hate it. However dealing with Nathan has been my best experience yet. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! He also showed me the coolest charger I have ever seen…..so I bought it!!

Yonas Aneley was our service provider for bell mobility and he was fabulous! He went above and beyond to answer questions, setting up our phones. He was friendly, kind and very professional!! I will only deal with him!!!

My phone was a Galaxy S6. I loved this phone. I got it 2015.OLD,OLD. I went to the Shoppers Mall location for a phone. The person I got the phone from was not very friendly. I was having second thoughts about whether to go with Bell.I did get the phone. I had problems with it later in the evening. I went back the next day & a young man helped. His name is Mitchell Albrechtsen. He was very knowledgeable about the product, patient about all my questions and helpful.

Great service! Mitch helped my mom find a suitable phone. He found one with a similar interface and set it up in easy mode so she could manage it. He customized her apps to suit her needs and took the time to answer all her questions. Did I mention he got her the best deal out there? My mom is super satisfied.
