TLDR: Do not go here. Go to the other clinic in the same building - Travel Safe Immunization Clinic.Canadian Travel Clinics was over priced, the other clinic in the same building - Travel Safe Immunization Clinic - their prices are 20-25% less than this place.Overall impression was that the whole place is extremely inefficient. Arrived to the appointment and then asked to fill in about 20 minutes of paper work. Why was this not sent before the appointment? Was texted before the appointment and asked to bring our passports.. but not a link to fill in paper work. Why would I need my passport?Lacking in any real advice. If you have never travelled before I would not recommend this place to get any real advice. They will read a print out from the internet and suggest every possible vaccination without asking you where you're actually going within a country. Offered publicly available free vaccinations for a cost. For example, if you need a tetanus shot go get it for free rather than being suggested you pay for it.Less than desirable office space, for example a laser hair removal in the back room beside where you are getting your shots. Overall the entire office space did not make you feel you were in a medical clinic. Dirty. Unkept. Understaffed. Strange.

I had to have a Covid test the same as my departure day for an evening flight. As soon as I landed on the Canadian Travel Clinic web site, I booked a spot at 10:00am (it was 9:40am), jumped on my bike and went to be tested. The people were super friendly and professional. Got the test done and the result came 1.5 hour later. Super efficient and friendly place. Highly recommended!

Do not use this clinic. Horrible experience. I called to book a TB skin test and was NOT informed at the time of booking I was required to book a follow up 48 hours after to get the results. When I arrived the nurse told me the person who booked me was required to give me this information. Since I was leaving town the text day for work I could not complete my appointment and get my test done in time before work. It was a complete waste of time. I called the phone number and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that was not possible. Zero customer service. Also when I arrived to the downtown Vancouver office the front door was locked and there was zero signs stating where the clinic was. I was told by the nurse that because it was a new office that they hadn’t had the chance to put a sign up. Seems pretty ridiculous you can’t even put a simple sign up before opening. Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t bother using this company there are way better ones out there.

I arrived almost an hour and a half early, however it was no issue for the clinic. They collected my information and payment and took me in for the swab immediately. After collection, I was told my results would be available before the end of the day. (I had the fast antigen test for travel to the US). I got my results within 2-3 hours. The clinic is conveniently located and the staff were very friendly.

This was not a great experience.I'm a fully vaccinated and boosted US citizen, and tested positive for COVID with very mild symptoms shortly after I arrived in Vancouver. I completed the quarantine period and delayed my flight home as was appropriate (in fact for longer than required,) and scheduled an antigen test for my return flight.I informed the testing technician of what had happened, because I thought it might be relevant, and he refused to test me because he said I needed a letter of recovery instead. Because I'm not Canadian, I don't have a BC health card or Canadian family doctor and had no practical way of getting the letter while in Canada. Furthermore, while a letter of recovery _can_ substitute for a test and the tests _can_ return false positives after infection, the letter is not required and regardless, I'd have to take a test to get the letter even if it was available.I understand that regulations are rapidly changing and I don't expect everybody to be up to date on everything, but I know the regulations VERY well and had all of the information available. I was nevertheless told that I had to call public health, and spent 30 minutes outside on the phone with officials who only reconfirmed what I already knew, and in fact told me that a letter of recovery must be from the area in which you reside, meaning I'd HAVE to go home first. I returned to the clinic and insisted, and then was told I had to call my airline, despite the fact that I had shown the technician my airline's very clearly stated, easy-to-understand policy on their website. All in all I spent well over an hour convincing the technician to let me pay for my test. Fortunately I tested negative, as expected, and boarded my plane and returned home safely, as expected.Had there been any sort of safety concern at play here, or had there been a recent government policy change that would have affected this, or had the technician simply been willing to accept my profoundly obvious statement that I was not holding him (or the clinic) responsible for either the result or the usefulness of my test, or frankly any discernible reason at all for this, I wouldn't be writing this review. But here we are.

Needed a medically observed test at short notice and this clinic was excellent. Easy to make an appointment and very efficient fast service. Results within the hour with a certificate. Highly recommended.

I had a horrible experience getting travel vaccine advice. The people doing my consult were unprofessional, had no relevant medical experience, knowledge or training and were giving bias misinformation. As a medical professional myself I would highly recommend avoiding this clinic at all cost and going to a trusted center such as Vancouver Coastal Health Travel Clinic where you receive advice from an actual doctor. DO NOT GO HERE!

We travelled recently to Vancouver and had to take a pre-departure ART. I am very grateful we found the Canadian Travel Clinic online. It was so easy to make the reservations for my family. When we arrived, the Clinic professionals on duty were so helpful and I am particularly appreciative of how very kind they were to my 88 year old Mom. Test was done very quickly, and we received the results very soon after. Thank you so much :)

*This is a review of the online video-supervised COVID rapid antigen testing offered on the Canadian Travel Clinics, not at this physical clinic location. There is no ability to review the web services themselves*I had a terrible experience with the online video-supervised COVID rapid antigen testing services offered by Canadian Travel Clinics. Pretty much the only smooth part of the process was receiving the actual test kits. Booking the appointment took longer than it should have and no one from their company showed up at our video appointment times. When I tried to book video-supervised appointments by phone, I found out appointment bookings can only be done via a link in the order confirmation email. I didn't have the email. I'm not even sure whether it was ever sent out by the company as an email inbox search had no results. The rep on the phone located my order number, sent it to me, and asked me to reply back to ask for a booking link, which I did promptly. After 2 days of no response, I called them again to follow up, and I finally received a booking link. After selecting the appointment times, there were Google meeting invitations sent out which matched the appointment times I chose. The time for the appointments come and my parents who were using these tests opened up the first meeting link 5 minutes earlier. Nobody showed up for the whole 15 minutes that the appointment was for. Nobody showed up again for the second appointment either. I called the help line to tell them no one met with us and was told again to email them. After I did that, I received a reply saying that our appointments were later on in the day. When I showed them the screenshot of my Google meeting appointment times, they still insisted that my appointment times were not missed and replied with a screenshot from their side showing later appointment times. There was clearly something wrong with their appointment system but yet they did not admit there was an issue. They offered to reschedule us, but at that point, we just had enough of them and requested a refund. We didn't expect to actually be able to get a refund, and we were right.Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service of Canadian Travel Clinics (online) and would advise people not to use them.
