They were representing the owner of a home that I purchased and have been holding my $2000 that should have been paid out to me since there client did not leave the property we closed. Their client also left huge amounts of mess inside and outside the property. This law firm was provided pictures of the mess inside and out and even pictures of the previous owner staying in our property illegally after closing. Yet 7 months later I still have not been compensated even though I provided an invoice of the costs associated in the closing due to negligence of their client.
