The quality of the metal fence was good. Order and delivery was on time. Very cooperative and supportive employees. Will definitely deal with them again for future projects.

Will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from CanIndustrial. In 2017, purchased a DT35x50. CanIndustrial were not able to deliver and offered a longer shelter that I could customize at my own cost. 1 year after, most of the ropes had dried up already and needed replacement. Had to negotiate with customer service for 1 year before they agreed to send new ropes and front cover. 2 years after, the ropes dried up again and the top ripped. Now CanIndustrial doesn’t want to provide even a quote for custom cover to replace the ripped cover. Real bad customer support. Now the $6000+ shelter is not even as good as the box it came in. Never again. ——- follow-up ——To answer what CanIndustrial answered my post. If they check their historical data, they will find that I had purchased a shorter shelter than the 30x65 shelter they finally offered me because they could not meet their original commitment. I accepted the deal of the longer shelter knowing that I would have to manage and pay to get top cover shorten. At the time, I was told by the account rep that I would be supported if there was an issue… I’m not asking for free stuff, just a quote for a customize top cover from a company that told me they would support me going forward. Must have been only a sales pitch.

Robin the sales rep was non responsive for quite some time. Waited well over 2 hours for someone to load me up, and wouldn't let me load myself. Once her employees showed up, she then asked me to back up and help them load...the guys then asked me to move back where I was. Super fun. Also the receptionist had very broken English so it was difficult to communicate.Fences seem to be OK quality, wheels are cheaply made. It'll work for its purpose.

Rarely am I surprised when dealing with customer service and this was a very pleasant exception. The Can Industrial rep, Mehek, went above and beyond to help facilitate this transaction. She was thorough and courteous when discussing the building, warranty, payment , loading and even shipping. Even when my trucker was delayed, Can Industrial was patient and understanding. Can't wait to see the building, but so far, I'd recommend these fine folks to anyone looking for a storage building.

Purchased a 30x40x15 hoop shelter way back in June this year, but CI were very accommodating to store it until we were able to received it today at our location. Robin and her teamwere flexible and responsive to my many questions before committing. Mehek and her team coordinated the delivery options and were in constant contact with me throughout the day. I have not yet installed the shelter, so will follow-up when that has been accomplished.

We ordered 400 ft of lightweight temp fencing. After 9 months we're still very happy with the product and ordered an additional 600 ft. Once the 3rd party contractor (dealer) was removed from the equation, the process was simple and quick. Have found the staff to be friendly and efficient, and would reccomend for this product.
