If you are looking to build a high quality home with a builder that is reputable, honest and takes pride in their work, then Lakeland Homes is the builder for you. We just finished building our dream home with Lakeland Homes, which was a custom build. A week after we signed our agreement, the COVID-19 pandemic occurred. Even though there were many government restrictions in place and we were worried if our build would ever be completed, Lakeland Homes assured us every step of the way. One of the owners, Andre, worked with us to come up with a beautiful design for our home and suggested which upgrades were worth doing, while others were not. Honestly, you really wouldn't need to upgrade a thing with Lakeland as your builder, because they start with a high quality build and high quality products. Their prices include the fine craftsmanship as shown in their model homes and they take pride in building a quality product. There's no bait and switch. If you are interested in upgrades, this company is very open and honest about costs, and nothing that wasn't already discussed showed up on our final bill. One of the other owners, Mike, would personally visit our build to ensure it was coming along as expected, and if he found something he wasn't happy with, he made sure it was corrected immediately. That being said, they have the best tradesmen around, and all of their vendors were also wonderful to work with. It is clear that Mike, Andre and the rest of the Lakeland team are very experienced in building custom luxury homes. Any questions my husband and I had were answered promptly and advice was provided along the way, in regards to adjustments, style, colours, etc. Aside from the actual build, I also discovered that Lakeland Homes is very involved with their community, and it's so wonderful to see a local company giving back to their own community. I cannot say enough about Lakeland Homes. If I had to start all over again, I would absolutely make the same choice by choosing Lakeland Homes. Unlimited stars for this fantastic company!

With a decision as big as the purchase of a new house we couldn't be happier with our choice of choosing Lakeland Homes. From the very beginning of the process to the time of us writing this review Lakeland Homes has displayed such amazing customer service. This was our first time building a home from scratch and they were there to help and guide us every step of the way. With the support they provided we felt a real reassurance that we would be happy with the finished product.

My home is now two years old and I still love it. Lakeland did a great job. And now two years on, they are still providing us with excellent care. We just had a smallish roofing issue that they took care of with professionalism and timeliness. We didn't have to complain or struggle to get them to come out. Lakeland definitely stands behind their work. During the build we had to really be in the trades to make sure we got the finished product we were looking for. Even then Lakeland ensured we were satisfied with the work. If you want a classic, beautiful home, I definitely recommend Lakeland Homes! Thanks for everything!

Working with Lakeland Homes has been an absolute pleasure especially with Dan and Denise. I thought that building a home would be so much more complicated than it is. Both Dan and Denise have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The process was very exciting and we were constantly being updated with its progress, which was very relieving. Mike was also involved with us throughout the process and he was nothing but amazing! If you’re looking to build a home, lakeland Homes Ltd is the best decision you will make.

We have been in our home for five years. Lakeland built our ranch home to our specifications. The house is outstanding. We have called Lakeland on occasion for minor issues and they always respond immediately. The service is outstanding even after the warranty period expired. Terri has been especially helpful when we needed assistance. We have recommended clients to Lakeland because we know what to expect and the quality they will receive. We built our custom dream home with Lakeland and they absolutely delivered more than we could have expected. The greatest compliment I can give Lakeland is that I knew the highest quality work was being done and I didn’t need to worry about it. Every time I thought there was something that needed addressed, or a part of the process I didn’t understand, it turned out Lakeland was already three steps ahead of me taking care of everything. Truly professional work. Last minute changes didn’t phase them, all my ideas were included along with ideas and input from their own team to truly make our dream home come true. Particularly Andre was fantastic and really easy to deal with for layout design, meeting Mike on site to go over every step was very impressive and both had amazing attention to detail. They have every base covered. My neighbours who used other home builders all have complaints when I ask about their process, which makes me really appreciate my experience working with Lakeland. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart. Well done Lakeland. I wouldn’t consider any other home builder and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone considering building a home.

Andre, Mike and their staff/crew made our home building experience easy and enjoyable. Vince was ALWAYS available to us. We moved into our brand new home in June of 2020. They were and still are very responsive when we had/have any questions. Their customer service is top notch. They are second to none.

I love my Lakeland Home and love coming home every day to my beautiful home. Lakeland Homes were instrumental in guiding me with the choices for the finished product. My finished home looks like it should be in a magazine! The experience of building a new home combined with their efficient staff went over and beyond what I could have imagined. Lakeland Homes team is amazing! We were very impressed with their services, from people working on the house and involved in manual labor, to the fantastic contractors and suppliers they work with. They were open to modification and adjustments to acomodate our needs and selection of finishes was really nice. Special thanks to Mike, Pat, Dan, Denise and the rest of the team in office that did everything they possibly could to successfully meet our deadlines. Looking forward to do another project with them in a near future!
