I own a local promotional clothing business. I run the business from home, ordering in blank clothing, designing garments and out source the art design, printing and embroidery.I recently had a bad experience with Falcon Crest Images and the owner Greg. Not only did some of the prints come back off center and crooked but when I asked for them to be replaced, I was told no, that their policy is that they do not replace garments provided by a customer even if they are ruined by their misprinting.I went ahead and reordered the garments out of pocket. I then asked that the charges be taken off the bill for the misprints (which they were) but that when I receive the new blank garments I would like those reprinted at the regular fee and was again told no. The owner said it was not worth his time. I was told that it was all in my head and I was making a big deal out of nothing. Greg then went on to advise me to deliver the misprinted items to my customers and hope that they don't notice it.After taking time off of work to meet with Greg so I could bring in the misprinted garments, he tried to tell me that they all looked fine and I can’t expect perfection. He then told me the conversation was a waste of his time! I have been doing business with Falcon Crest for approx. 2 months and was happy with the quality of their work.Now that I have been told that their printing is on a 'print at your own risk' basis, I am no longer a customer.I now am forced to pay out of pocket for the art work to be redone, the films to be made again by another printer plus pay a higher fee per item to have the prints redone. All of this cost to me is created by their printing mistake. I told him that I understand people make mistakes but as a customer I expected them to fix their own mistake.Also I would like to add that their 'policy' is not on display in their shop, on their invoices or on their website.

Falcon Crest Screen printing is located in Duncan, BC They work hard to support their customers so I have to say to Julies post, when you are financially responsible for nothing except your garments and you make the decision to bypass a company by supply your own garments to make more profit without carrying the cost of thousands of dollars worth of equipment, supplies and labour costs the answer is NO your garments are not replaced if any sort of damage, real or imagined happens to them. The small cost of the few garment misprints is nothing compared to the costs of running a print shop. Printing costs ONLY are refunded.Falcon Crest went out on a limb by agreeing to give commercial print rates to an inexperienced, uninformed girl who can't even get a commercial wholesale account and decided to have a tantrum when something may have been printed off a bit.That's the thanks you get Falcon Crest. Hopefully any other small business your supporting up there know full well there's risk and that they're lucky you give them commercial rates.Its good she posted her company......... now all the printers know who to watch for.
