Excellent old school service. They take their time to serve each and every customer, so you may have to wait to be served but it is worth the wait. Had to have a lock re-keyed ( have a key made for a lock when the key has been lost) I went to a few other locksmiths" that were closer to me who claim to offer this service but said they couldn't do it !? It was a simple basic lock similar to what you would find on a mail box or tool box. J Piche & Fils had it done so fast. Highly recommend them for any locksmith services."

Went there for the first time with an issue on my lock and instead of trying to sell me anything, they advised and explained to me how I should test a few things before changing the lock and to my surprise it worked. Very thankful for their honesty and the fact that I have now found my go to locksmith.

Great and fast service. I get my car keys cut there and all spare keys cut there as well. They also have beautiful hand painted car logo key chains, even SAAB ones! Great place and reasonable prices.

Such great service! We had our key stolen from a coat pocket just inside our commercial. I wanted to change the keys immediately so the thief couldn’t get in overnight to the business.So I called J Piche. just over an hour before closing time I should add! They didn’t have a technician to send out immediately, but they suggested if I could bring the lock in they could do it. I was able to remove the lock and take it over. (I’m handy with tools) They were able to change the key and make me a bunch of copies of the new key for all my staff, all before they closed for the weekend. And it was also much more cost effective then if a locksmith had come out to make a call. Thank you J Piche for the suggestion and the excellent service!
