Beds were comfortable, A/C was nice and cold. The rooms were clean, they didn't smell and the lady running it was very nice, helpful and very accommodating. The building is just an older building. We will be staying here again for sure.

Do not stay here, the owner of this hotel submitted fake charges to my credit card which i ended up filing fraud charges with Mastercard. The rooms were not cleaned and would avoid this place at all costs.

No Good!! The hotel manager walks into room without knocking even though Do Not Disturb" sign is up on door. I've made clear what day is checkout (which is not today) manager does not respect that guest is night shift. 10:30am

Booked a room and called to confirm our dog would be welcome and was told they would be. Then found out (after waiting around for an hour after check in time for the room to be ready) that she was not and had to drive another 2 hours at the end of a long day. Extremely disappointing.

Just a place to sleep folks. Has a bed, shower, and TV. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Don't expect more than what a motel might give you and you won't be disappointed. Everything worked and the shower had hot water.

The motel is old and a little run-down, but for the price it was well worth the money. I had a kitchenette with a great view of the river. Bed was clean and comfortable, hotel staff very" accommodating and the room comfortable and quiet (great sleeps). I stayed for over two weeks and would stay there again."

The best place to stay in town, The manager is very helpful and accommodating, i’m a person with disability so they help me to get the best experience, thank you so much, as well the beds are nice and comfortable and the AC is working fine, probably I will stay here again…

We were the only guest so they turned on the furnace to the whole building. I had to run the hot water for 3 to 4 minutes before it came out hot. Beds were comfortable. It's beside a busy road but it didn't wake me up.

So my car breaks down, I'm stranded in Manning for 3 nights. I've had a great day the bed was great, it's Central right downtown so I can walk to the grocery store, this is a very nice hotel
