Staff was helpful, although their store didn't have my size they told me where I could find them

Amazing sale for Father's Day gifts.

Great store, but I'm not sure if they were understaffed or busy, but couldn't get any help when I was in the store.

Friendly and polite staff. Staff have always been willing to offer help, answer questions. Good selections and I can usually find a good sale.

I used to shop all the time at Mark's. Loved there clothing line, quality and price. I now find the clothing cheaply made no style cost too expensive. Bring in other clothing companies doesn't work for me. Please bring back the old Mark's or you will not be seeing me.

Last Monday I was on Mark's website browsing for winter boots. Being in business locally, I try to shop local as often as I can. I found the boots I wanted and was notified that the Perth store had 1 set left however when I tried to put them in the cart it said not available. I decided to call the Perth store and inquire. I was informed by the girl who answered the phone that they were doing something else and that they could not assist me. She told me to use the website, had she listened she would of known I had. Obviously Mark's didn't need my business and it doesn't keep her employed so I went over to Amazon's website. I found the exact same boots, ordered them on Monday. They shipped Tuesday and I had them by Thursday. According to Mark's website it could of taken 7 days for someone to go to the back of the Perth store, pick up those boots and arrange to have them ready for curbside pickup so I even was able to receive them faster through Amazon. Really hard to shop local when the business doesn't seem to want your business.

Good sale on good quality clothes and things. Hats, though, are overpriced here

Went to Mark's today to buy shoes for work and was helped by a young and very polite sales person but, I had to find her as the other young ladies were very busy having a chit chat and totally ignored me.When you work in retails you need to pay attention to costumers .

I did not have a pleasant experience in this store this past Friday. I was running in quickly as I was in a rush and was going in for something in particular. When I went in the cashier (an xxxl mid aged man in a power trip) was staring me down and scolded me for my husband pulling up to the front door to drop me off. Then as I was looking for my item, he stared me down the entire time. It made for a very uncomfortable experience and I will never be back.

I buy a lot of my clothing there. Good prices, good quality. I am tall so sleeve length in shirts is an issue. Mark's carries sizes that allow me to buy shirts that actually fit.
