Citywide post hole digging

Service, pricing and the work is top notch. Everyone knew their job, showed up when expected, and were good people. They were efficient and cleaned up. Good fences = happy neighbours.

I've always used this company but unfortunately I moved too far away for them to give me their services. I'm writing this review after using them for 5 years. Thank you for all the good work. I wish there was more companies like this.

I contacted Citywide to drill 20 post holes for our backyard fence. I started by dealing with Sefi in the office to organize and her response time and professionallism was absolutely great. Then Jordan and his crew showed up the day of the job, they were on time and also extremely professional. We were concerned that we did not mark the holes correctly but Jordan worked with my husband to sort everything out and they were clean, organized and done in a couple hours. I recently had the crew from Citywide come out to dig some deck footings for me. The crew … Brendan, Eduardo, and Ruben … did an excellent job of installing the deck footings!They were all very professional!I was impressed with their focus on the work to be done, and with their skill and attention to detail, and to ensuring that the footings were lined up properly.I had a lot of questions for Brendan, and he was very friendly, attentive, and patient ... and answered all of my questions thoroughly.In fact, due to a change in the deck layout plans, I had Citywide back for a second visit, to install some additional footings. Due to a buried hydro line in the private back yard, there was a need to proceed with caution, and Sammy himself, the Owner, came out to ensure the job was carefully completed! Sammy even generously provided some expert advice on my deck project!I was also impressed with the prompt and attentive customer care provided by Sefi" ... the person answering the phone for Citywide. Sefi was able to answer most of my initial questions very capably over the phone

City Wide team showed called in advance, were on time and able to drill and install 13 6x6" 12' PT fence posts in less than three hours. Great work!"
