The team at The Bike Shop (south is my store) has always been knowledgeable, has time to answer your questions and makes honest recommendations on what works for you. There aren’t sales tactics - just people passionate about riding. Great product selection and inventory too!

The staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable!It's a great shop with lots of choice and access to good quality products.As a piece of constructive feedback for the bike shop's upper management, it would be nice if you could find a way to coordinate with manufacturers like Specialized specifically to prompt them into providing an ETA on bikes.I wound up buying a bike elsewhere because the one I wanted had an undisclosed timeline of arrival.Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend the bike shop! The service and people are excellent, and the buildings themselves are a cool vibe!I go back regularly!

Great friendly staff who answered all my questions! The Bike shop staff treated my wife and I with dignity and respect! We definitely don’t look like bike people but that didn’t matter! Several staff members asked us if we were looked after and followed up with us several times! I asked for the best and the Bike shop team delivered! A great bike with fabulous service. Ella Myers assisted me through the process of purchasing the new bike and accessories. Ella was very helpful in providing me with the information I needed to make the decision. Great customer service from the store front staff. The Bike Shop had a full line-up of Specialized mountain e-Bikes in stock and available. I was able to take a number of bikes out on test drive & the area near the store offered some good test grounds. Thanks for everything!

The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. People have gone above and beyond for me. I got my tires changed, and the tech let me watch and explained everything to me. I was looking for a light that would mount on my rack, and the sales person opened the one I was looking at and found a screw that would work to mount it in the shop for me. Absolutely great experiences.

I love this place! Had the best service from Jeremy and Tanner today as they helped me pick out my sick, new Trek Marlin 7 Mountain bike. Jeremy was super knowledgeable, friendly and fun to deal with - Tanner too (who was in training)! The whole process was super fun actually and I was happy to give them my business (and this 5 star review). They had my bike tuned up by mechanic Adam, who was super speedy and sent me on my way with a big smile. Thanks for all your help today guys, it was great meeting you! See you next time, at my (future) warranty-covered bike tune up! ;)
