On August 30, 2022, I was walking by the Neo booth and a male employee wearing green pants asked me and my friends if we would like to sign up for a Neo card. I politely declined and he proceed to insult my friends and I, by saying very rudely that we were « too young to purchase a Neo card anyways » Then, he proceeded to laugh with his coworker. It a very unpleasant comment and made me and my friends extremely uncomfortable. Do not visit the Neo booth at Polo Park.
