Hello, I would like to share my experience with exclusive rentals and the property 204 regent street which is the located in the most convenient spot of the city and very close to western university, the convenience store, bus stop and food outlets.We stayed here for almost 3 years.Overall, we had a great experience in finding a rental home in London city and working with exclusive rentals.Great service, professionalism, quick response.I would highly recommend you to connect with exclusive rentals if you’re looking for great service and a very good property.

Exclusive Rentals is a great Property Manager! I've had some bad experiences with a few previous to this. Wanted to give a special shout out to Trish Amaral in their office. I've had the pleasure of speaking with her many times and she is always so pleasant, kind and helpful! Highly recommend these guys!

She took care of all of my groups rental requirements and helped us pick up our keys with peace of mind. I was going through some serious financial struggles due to the lockdown. Wendy Hare at exclusive rental worked with me to help me catch up with my rent. Wendy was courteous and patient and treated me with dignity. I will be forever grateful to Wendy and exclusive rentals.

Exclusive rentals was able to find a place that suited my criteria, in a very quick and efficient manner. Ryan was able to give me a showing on short notice. Was responsive to my endless inquiries and a decent chap. Trish at the office was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. All in all , they made it a pretty painless process. I would definitely recommend them to both property owners and renters.

Exclusive Rentals has been a terrific company to rent from. They communicate effectively & are often maintaining the place we live. They always answer our questions and get anything fixed in a timely manner. They have been extremely understanding to challenging times & really try to work with you and help you.
