This is a reliable small company run by people who care. My mom is 75 and has a neurodegenerative disease. I recently learned that Tim (owner) has been looking after my mom's water system while I was away. Tonight I happened to be home and he came out. I could go on about the service call but the fact of the matter is that there are still small companies who care about vulnerable people. I had the chance to chat it up with Tim for a while during the service call. He clearly knows his stuff too and also got us the lowest cost solution. We have his card on the fridge.
