Sooke Car Wash & Detailing

Went through the automated car wash as it was after hours - came out dirtier than it went in!! awful

Bought a gift card for a Christmas gift and we came to use the automatic touch less car wash today. This car wash is an bloody disaster, just TRASH! Left tons of soap all over our vehicle then we had to proceed to pay more money to hand wash all the extra soap off! The car wash took forever and did a tragic job. Avoid this place people!!

The automated, was 15 bucks and wouldn't except my debit card, so I had to use my visa , which I didn't like ,but anyway,My right side mirror got scratched, somehow ,and my driver's side door still has a big dirty spot aswell as my back end .Maybe it was that I wasn't centered , but I'm sure I was .But I did like how clean the Sooke car wash location is .Cheers

Despite having a pressure washer and the space to wash my vehicles at home, I still find myself using Soome Car Wash. The self wash area is great, and I have yet to find the brushes dirty or covered in grease. The drive through car wash is great too... just be smart (unlike me) and remember to fold in your side view mirrors.

Neil did an amazing job my car. I was so happy with the results. Car needed a clean after the fall foliage and winter rain/snow. I can't be happier with the detailing. Highly recommended.

I will start by saying that I hadn’t had a chance to get in to use a gift card for a while which is now null…nearly $400 was supposed to be on it.However, between December 2019 when it was purchased and this past May (2022) the car wash had, I guess, since changed owners.I finally made it to register my “wash card” which turns out the $380 that was supposed to be on the card was not showing. I had a zero balance. I received the card as a Christmas present, 2 kids and a pandemic later I went to use it and was showing a zero balance with zero history of use.Now…it is not legal for gift certificates to expire so I called to inquire about it. I was met with a scoff for waiting so long to use it and told that ownership had changed since the purchase of the gift card at the end of 2019. Was not aware of that. Had been forwarded to the new owner who seemed to actually care to make it right but never followed through with it.Someone out there has our money and nobody seemed to care enough to try and follow through to make it right. I was more than willing to work with them to even meet them halfway but here we are. Definitely not interested in using their services nor will I recommend them to anyone.It’s an unfortunate situation and I’m sure the previous owner who allegedly has a mobile detailing service now is laughing as it appears he also has our money in his pocket. Will not recommended either place.

Big shout out to Alan and Sooke carwash for their exceptional customer service.I've been using sooke carwash for years and it's always been a great place to wash my trucks, but this weekend they exceeded my expectations. I was heading out to wash both my vehicles but I couldn't find my preloaded wash card which had around $40-50 dollars left on it. Obviously bummed I couldn't find the card I left the house and went to the car wash.Upon arrival I noticed the open sign was on in the detailing bay So I figured I'd see if there was a way to look up my account etc. I honestly didn't expect anything out of this because I lost the card and that's on me.I was greeted by Alan working in the detailing bay and told him about my card and if there was anyway to look it up, he told me no, not without the pin, but then without hesitation offered a preloaded card with over $50 on it for the loss.He said he doesn't get asked about lost cards often and sooke carwash values their customers so he wanted to make things right. I was blown away by that.So I feel it is very deserving to recognize Alan and Sooke Car wash for their exceptional customer service.If you are looking to detail or wash your vehicle make sure you bring it here. You will not be disappointed!Thanks again!
