Friendly team, willing to help and share their knowledge. Pricing is fair and selection is great. Maybe an option for large (20kg+) of pine pellets would be nice, but really they take care of me (and our kittens) very well.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Hours are great...very convenient - my dog was sick a little while ago and I needed to get some special food so was so relieved they open at 9am! Good prices and usually some offers on dog treats - what's not to like!?

They have the best, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We made the switch from another pet store as pet food n more has great prices, wonderful staff and top of the line products. Our dog and our sphynx cat love to come with me to see all their friends(staff) at the store. We are always welcomed with a smile when we arrive at the store. Their wonderful staff were able to order our spoiled cat some treats that they don't normally sell witch is such a huge plus!! also very clean and organized.

Pretty happy so far shopping at this location. My dog has allergies and I have her on raw food. This location has a reliable brand that I'm comfortable feeding my pup with. (jake and daisy's)Customer service is is good here. Not a lot of allergy knowledge from some of staff, but super friendly.This location has the option of signing up for customer account which allows returns, even on raw food. This was a must for me.Customer service even orders specific quantity so I can simply pick up when in stock.Super happy.

Out of all the pet stores in the north shore, this one is my absolute favourite. Sae is always welcoming, patient and willing to go above and beyond for my fur baby and I. I always leave feeling taken care of. Thank you Sae!

While I would like to give a better review than 1 star because they do have a wide selection of things and a nice store but the service was just completely unsatisfactory. I had never been to this pet store before so I was excited to check it out and see what things I could find for my dogs. I was not greeted at all or or even spoken to and there was literally no one in the store so it’s not like they were busy. The girl from the front desk didn’t even pick her head up to look at who walked in or even to say hi. My two dogs and my 3 month old puppy were so excited to see the staff and they completely ignored my pups when they tried to say hi. Iv really never gone into a pet store where the staff has ignored and not said hi at all to puppies so I just thought it was very bizarre. at one point I asked what treats they would recommend that are low calorie and the girl just pointed at the far wall without any words so by that point I was like OK I’m out of here .When I finally paid for everything still did not get any sort of energy or hello at all from the workers. I spent 150$ here but I probably will never go back. I’d much rather go up the street to Petsmart or over to Bosleys they are much warmer and kinder id much rather spend there. They greet me and my dogs every time so much so that my dogs are sooo excited to go to their stores. It’s sad because I truly like supporting local businesses as opposed to big chains but I truly felt invisible in their store.
