Customer service levels here are at an absolute zero. Amy at the front counter called me a liar in front of other clients. Using curse words, one of my other mechanic colleagues heard her do this as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely classless, disorganized and rude. You are better off buying parts for way better price at APC, Carquest, Z&X, and NAPA. You will get customer service there as well as affordability.

My partner purchased brakes and rotors for our car from this location, specifically called in by our mechanic with exact measurements, and DOUBLE checked and measured by the men working at Part Source as well. She spent over 300 dollars and was given the wrong sizes. No problem at all, we thought we would just go do an exchange and get the right size! Nope. When we went to this location to do the exchange, she was told that they were unable to pull up our receipt for us since we didn’t have it. (Our car was up on jacks, the receipt was at home and we had no way of going to get it without our car). The man working behind the counter (an older man with grey hair, i think possibly a manager) refused to exchange any of the parts and told me that he “would not do the exchange or look for the file” because he “didn’t have time for this”. He was extremely disrespectful in his tone. There was a small grease mark on the box, which we wiped away right after we were refused to exchange it because apparently he would “lose his job” for accepting a box with a small grease mark. A grease mark that literally wiped off! I called and spoke with the other location in London because I needed to know if what he was saying was true policy or if this was someone just refusing to help. The Wharncliffe location was blown away that we were spoken to this way. They said they keep copies of every receipt and that an exchange should’ve been done no problem. In fact, they even recommended for us to return at their location to avoid the conflict again. At the end of it all, we ended up leaving and not even repurchasing from them. Wharncliffe service is much better than Dundas. Don’t go here unless you want the wrong parts and to be disrespected after you try to exchange them.

They initially gave me the wrong battery, said it was mislabeled. It was a bit of a hassle exchanging it, but I was able to get my $20 refund.My car died within a month of replacing the battery. I brought it in and they were skeptical it was the battery but charged it thankfully and ensured it was ok. Recommended to clean the battery terminals.

Went there for a car battery. There was a sign on the door saying all customers and staff must wear masks. None of the staff were masked. I'm not super bothered by that but the mask rule is still in effect and customers that are sensitive to that would not be impressed and I doubt that the health unit would be too pleased about it either. No complaints about the service.

I have had to come to this shop in the last two years, and for myself that task can be a little nerve racking considering I don't know much about cars ! I would like to give a huge thank you and shout out to Gary!! both times I have had issues with my car he has gone out of his way to make sure we get the best service ! Not only do I feel confident in the staff there , I will be going back because of that amazing customer service ! ! I will be doing an online survey but I need people to be aware that if they go here they will get nothing but the best customer service from everyone there! Gary just happened to be my saving grace twice when I had these care issues ! Gary's patience with my boyfriend and I was amazing ! The men and women in the shop were awesome ! I highly recommend a visit there ! Their parts warranty is amazing too !

Dan helped me and he was a great help and did everything possible to make my experience the best it could be….changed my wipers for me and advised me on what we’re the best to get and helped me get everything else I needed also…I defiantly will be returning when I need more things for my vehicle…

I rarely have a positive customer service experience here, tonight I went into the store and got in line. When it came to what I thought was my turn I was informed the woman behind me was ahead of me even though she was clearly still shopping when I entered the store and while I was in line but they needed to get her order paid first. Fine. The transaction finished and the employee then left the store to install her wiper blades rather than processing my order. I wasn't in there for much longer but it was a frustrating experience once again.
