Karaage Fried Chicken
I ordered the Chicken Sando. Overall it was a good chicken sandwich. I think a bit more tomato and lettuce was needed, but the chicken tasted fresh which is most important. It was crispy but not dry. I found the secret sauce bland though. I could not really tell what flavours the restaurant was going for. I’d probably order the fried chicken alone next time, and try a different sauce. It was good, but there’s room for improvement in my personal opinion.

Their boneless wings with the special sauce was amazing! The quantity was great and the taste was phenomenal!

Ordered from Uber Eats. Two things I think can improve: 1. changing the packaging. The packaging constraints all the steam. It makes the crispy chicken soggy. 2. It is very oily as well as many mentioned. Maybe put some paper underneath might help. Chicken thighs(4pcs) are tender and flavourful.

Update: the owner reached out and re-made our order. The sandwiches were delicious. The wings were also delicious but some pieces were a bit overdone. Customer service has been fantastic. Hudson let us know that they were training someone new and there was an oil issue which is what caused the poor experience yesterday. I appreciate the honesty and great service to retain a customer!Old review: We ordered the karaage sandwich, the OG sandwich and chicken wings. Unfortunately all the items were extremely oily and tasted like grease.

The restaurant has been marked as ‘dine-in’ in google, but when I reached there. There were no restaurants or a place to dine in. They are running this place along with 20 other restaurants in a shared kitchen. They should definitely specify this on google maps so we don’t waste our time.

Would not come back again. So oily and bland. The chicken wings did not taste like they were marinated in any way, tasteless without the sauce, and the batter taste like they were fried in old oil, my stomach felt weird immediately after eating. Awful.The chicken sandwich was okay, but not worth the price. We ordered the spicy karaage sando and it wasn't spicy at all. No jalapeño and no spicy sauce. Also not sure why they stuff the dressing for the salad all the way at the bottom of the box. Salad was boring as well, by karaage salad they just add a bit of fried batter.
