Hands down one of the best ultrasound clinics in Saskatoon. Staff are all very friendly...From the moment we walk in until we leave we are treated with respect and compassion!

Went in for my second ultrasound with my second pregnancy and my husband and daughter came along. The radiologist said my family was not allowed in the room while she was taking the pictures because she needed to focus. When we found out the gender of our first baby I was only 18 weeks 2 days along and she told us the gender, this time around she said because I wasnt 20 weeks she wasnt allowed to tell us. Even though my obstretrician told me I could go anytime after 18 weeks. The following Monday I got a call from my obstetrician herself saying they had to redo my whole ultrasound because the lady did it wrong. How rude is it to make such a big deal about something and not even do it right?? Not recomending this place at all.

I struggle with anxiety and I had to get an ultrasound. Some people are very short with me and not very understanding but the lady who helped me, Mary, was great.

I have had many, many X-rays, ultrasounds, etc. It was one of the worst experiences ever. The ultrasound technician had no interest hearing what I had to say, even though I know my medical history extremely well. She was rude right from the start. Before I was laying on the stretcher I had to lift up my mask to blow my nose. She was so annoyed and told me to keep my mask on, when I explained why I had taken it off her comment was just keep it on. I just feel when someone is having a urgent ultrasound to diagnose a potential blood clot a little bit more compassion would be nice.

Very polite and kind staff. Had a very comfortable and professional experience. Definitely recommend compared to some other places.

Staff at Ludlow were punctual polite and efficient. Ultrasound preformed by Heather was professional, caring, respectful.

Ultrasound didn’t cover the area of pain. When I mentioned it, I was told curtly “I have to image around the area,” when I inquired but do you see anything, I was told “I cannot discuss results. That’s for your doctor.” Was not surprised when the ultrasound came back normal. The lump and site of pain wasn’t covered. Informed my doc and now have to wait for a referral to a specialist.

Very rude unable to give information and didn't want to listen to the issue before cutting in and spewing what I had already done and recommendations from a dr that I already have.

Went here for all 3 of my ultrasounds. Each time I was in a different room with a different lady. All staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Appointments were on time and I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes
