I’m in multiple times a week with my clients swimming and have always had a consistent, pleasant and wonderful experiences with the front staff and lifeguards. Very inclusive space. Love this rec centre!

Pretty nice facility. Love the viewing areas for swim and one of their arenas. Haven't seen the change rooms or anything so can't comment on that. Otherwise seems well kept and clean.

Went for the 2022 Barrie Record Show. Great spot for the show with lots of parking. Amazing vendors as always!

Had to drop a few logs after school. Had a pretty good experience with a clean bathroom. 5 stars would love to go again.

Super kind staff at reception and all lifeguards. Mega clean, comfortable and the jacuzzi part of the small pool is awesome

Staff treat teenagers here very poorly. My boyfriend and I came and went through the family change room for our open swim with no problem as we wanted to keep our belongings safe.. until we left we were informed by one lifeguard in particular who told us rudely that we shouldn’t be going through the family change room, she told us for next time then came in 5 minutes later peaking at us from behind the lockers to see what we were up to….

Great place to exercise. Gym, pool, ice rinks and lots of programs included with the very reasonable fees.

Allandale Recreation Centre
The place is clean and nice. Mostly it is good, but a bad experience with people shouting at me about using a particular change room was not enjoyable. I would have been fine had they been respectful, but they seemed particularly angry. I am constantly reminded of being respectful to people from businesses, but apparently it was a one way message at their place.

Allandale Recreation Centre
Brought my grandson to the kids pool, it was nice and warm. I only had to pay $4.75 for him and I was free.
