Long Island marina is a 5 star plus. Saved our loop! I had a generator issue that no one had a clue on at the height of the season. Just stopped working. We pulled in on a Saturday late afternoon and Kevin was right on it. His skilled mechanic Matt identified issue as a magnetic relay not on the kohler diagram or documentation. Great find that saved us a bundle and got our generator humming again We stayed at this family friendly marina for 3 nights. My wife and I enjoyed the family atmosphere and hospitality. Kevin goes above and beyond for his customers!

My kids reserved jet skis to rent putting down a $200 deposit as a birthday present. Sadly it was not made obvious that they would require a $5000 credit card hold to rent the boats. Not having that sort of credit available, there was no jet skiing and we lost the $200 deposit. Thanks for nothing.

1st time on jet skis for my wife and I. Excellent machines(Seadoo). All clean and ready on time. Great staff (3)who showed their experience. Great orientation for novices. Rental was less than 1/2 the rate at Petrie Island. Used about 1/2 tank of fuel over the morning. Cost $115 for both machines. Would not hesitate to do this again. Rideau River was pretty scenic and calm on our day. A-1 experience.

Very good trip. There was no table on the boat it was broken, found alot of long black hairs on the leather seats not as clean as it could be, but otherwise boat in good condition had a great time.

Wanted to launch our 21’ bowrider and saw great reviews posted by others. We showed up Sunday morning and were greeted by a nice member of their staff who explained where to launch. Very clean facilities and easy to launch from their dock. We will certainly be back again.
