I clogged and blew up my garburator on the Easter long weekend, about eight hours before I had a dozen guests arriving for the weekend. When I first called in a panic, realistically I wasn't expecting to find help quick enough that my guests didn't need to find hotels. But I was wrong. Not only did they dispatch someone to me within the hour, they were extremely helpful and repaired more items that were also close to falling apart, and made recommendations for future stuff I should do. This was amazing service at an extremely reasonable price.

Once again, Craig and his crew came through with flying colours with Cody showing up and efficiently cleaning tree roots out of a sewer line. Whenever I have called, the response has been prompt and understanding, be it a major emergency like a water tank or just a routine maintenance job. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Update: I was upset with the service but wasn’t conveyed full information i.e. short staffed - I was under a different impression. But the guys came back and were super attentive and spent a lot of time trying to find a resolution. I appreciate the apology and understanding.On-going issues with a faulty kitchen pump & flooding, called multiple times & say they will come to fix it, they were supposed to come yesterday - heard nothing / no show. tried calling today no return calls, ignoring/disconnecting calls. if your busy then just say you cant do the job so we can find someone else.When I return calls I feel like a burden

Thanks Craig and Danny. You guys came on a Sunday evening, found and repaired our blockage from the washing machine and also determined we needed a bit of an upgrade. That upgrade being done the next day. Craig was responsive immediately and Danny was at the house within 1/2 hour. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also loved our little dog and cat. Quality Plumbing has been looking after our commercial building, which his always amazing service, did not disappoint at our home. Great local company with wonderful staff!!

This was the 1st time I've used Quality First Plumbing and I can't say enough about their service. #1 Reliability - they came when they said they would. #2 Consideration - they came on short notice several times to ensure I had the least inconvenience as possible during my kitchen renovation. #3 Attitude - everything was possible even tho' the renovation was somewhat non-traditional. Patient with questions and requests. Friendly. #4 Skill - I'm no plumber but everything is working well. #5 Cost - The invoice was less than expected. Highly recommend Quality First for anyone's plumbing needs.

We like everything about them. We like each of them. From the phone calls and interaction to the communication and showing up on time. They are at your home to fix the problem not to just make the call". They are human and take the time to explain problems

My water connection line was leaking under my basement crawlspace and was starting to leak into the basement. I called Quality First and they sent someone out that day to check out the situation. The plumber confirmed that it was indeed the water line causing the problem. He informed me the front yard would have to excavated in order to replace the old pipe and recommended an excavation service (Valley Bobcat Services) to get the job done. Within two days we had the front yard dug up, pipe replaced and everything put back together. The actual work took one day and since it wasn't yet fully ruptured we delayed a day to make sure everything was in place, otherwise it they would have been able to make it happen next day. I was amazed at how well the entire operation went. Everyone worked together to get the job done in as timely and professional a manner as possible. I owe Craig and his crew at Quality First a big thank you for their impressive service and would recommend their company to anyone seeking professional service at what I thought was a more than reasonable rate. Thank you!

I have used Quality First Plumbing for the past 15+ years for plumbing issues in our home as well as several rental properties. Craig, and Paul before him, have always provided prompt service and have always resolved the issue. No call backs required! I have confidence in their expertise and would highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs or installations.
