Lighthouse Pharmacy

The store always looks dirty, the pharmacist Michael is rude and condescending and 8 out of 10 times when I go in to get something they don't have it in stock. It's sad because the store used to be the best in the area until it was sold and Michael took over.

If only this pharmacy were closer to my house! I am a strong supporter of local businesses with a human touch and this pharmacy is definitely it.❤️

Very impressed with the professional , efficient and friendly service . All the staff were wonderful and the pharmacist took his time to counsel me on the new meds and even called me couple of days later to see if my infection was getting better , I have never experienced such care from any other pharmacy .

I just had my second vaccine here! The pharmacist was so nice and even asked which arm I'd prefer before I could ask (I am left handed but rarely have I had someone giving me a needle ask my preference). On top of that he was happy to discuss any inquiries I had regarding switching my medication over to him and this pharmacy. I have general anxiety and find social interactions difficult but he put me at ease, friendly and patient too! Also, when I called to inquire about booking a second dose appt. the woman on the phone was SO NICE, unbelievably warm and helpful! Really excited to move forward with them as my main pharmacy!

I have seen many independent pharmacies but this one stands out the most! The staff is highly courteous and always go way over above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. The pharmacist Michael has personally delivered my meds when I needed them on a weekend. The pharmacy assistant and technicians make sure that every little detail is taken care of and made arrangements when a med wasn't available. They even contacted my insurance company and resolved my issues. I've never felt more looked after at any pharmacy! Keep up the great work!

Very helpful staff and pharmacist. Quiet and clean location. Made it easy to get my vaccines and fill prescriptions. Highly recommend.

Michael one of the pharmacist there is consistently super helpful, thoughtful and caring. He provides great service, second to none. In addition to that its a friendly environment to pick up a prescription, check your blood pressure (they have the machine) and even pick up miscellaneous items. Can't recommend enough.

I was there to fill a prescription recently. While waiting the help/pharmacist asked if I had another insurance. I found this question odd.Why:1. I shown my son's insurance when I gave the prescription with no mention of having another insurance.2. Been going there for years shouldn't Information be stored on a computer.. which she was viewing at the time.My response was Why are you asking when insurance was shown with no mention of another insurance ".Her response " It's Mandatory to ask".I felt this was incorrect and I let it be known.I take my response didn't sit well with her cause all six of my medication were left on the counter.. with no explanation nor any documentation regarding the medication - first time use) was given to me.I had to ask for a bag which was given by someone else.Very unprofessional.. This type of behaviour is unacceptable especially dealing with prescriptions and medications.Who knows how far this vindictive pharmacist will go. Scary"
