Wonderful little store. The lady at the front was extremely helpful and personable. Hope more swim clubs are able to sign up with Splashables to offer their swimmers with effective and friendly service.

Very rude staff! Highly unprofessional - DO NOT RECOMMEND!Placed an order and after many weeks of waiting, my order never arrived. They will ignore your emails, lie to you on the phone and be rude to you in person. Horrible customer service! Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Zero communication from the company about my initial order that was marked as pending. A follow up email inquiring about my order did not get a reply, nor did my next email requesting a refund. Would not recommend.

This small store has everything you need. Staff is knowledgeable. There's plenty of free parking outside, but quite hectic during beginning of swim season, so you may not be able to get the full attention of any staff member if you require help. Best to show up knowing exactly what you need and your sizes so that you can get processed through the long lines more efficiently.

Snuck in just before closing... If you are serious about swimming this place is worth a look. Picked up a swim cap and some goggles for my daughter. Swapped some stories about swimming in Etobicoke.

Never knew this place existed in all my years living in Etobicoke! Small shop but they had almost everything and reasonably priced. The gentleman was helpful and assisted with options. Will definitely be back if more gear is needed.
