Poised Massage Therapy

I have been seeing Diana regularly for more than 10 years. She is skilled at isolating the problem areas, giving relief and suggesting follow up treatments and exercises to do at home. She is great for deep tissue massage and provides amazing relief. The clinic is always clean and sanitized and has a great atmosphere. I recommend Poised to everyone!

Definitely one of the best places in town to get a massage. I have been getting massages here for the past year and I have to say the therapists are extremely talented and friendly. They take their time to address your specific issues and the massage never feels rushed. The owner Diana does a great job of running the place. Also love that she is recruiting more therapists to work out of the space.

COVID UPDATE: masks are required at all times (including throughout the treatment), and online and in-person screening are conducted. Appointments are staggered (I've only crossed paths with another patient once). I feel tremendously safe here—certainly more so than at the grocery store!I've been visiting Jennifer Quilty at Poised Massage Therapy for years—she is my go-to RMT, and Poised is my go-to massage shop.The quality of care they provide is excellent, and I always leave relaxed and pain-free. The treatment rooms are spacious and private, and the massage tables warm and comfortable.Jennifer has treated me throughout pregnancy and beyond, and has never shield away from my requests to really get in there"... She is a skilled professional and I'm pretty sure her hands are magic.A couple notes about the location: The clinic is at the top of a steep-ish flight of stairs. Diana's fantastic... great massage therapist with an awesome personality. I thoroughly look forward to my sessions. The clinic itself is inviting, clean and calming. The booking is easy and no problems with payment and form for insurance purposes.

I believe the name is Westgate Massage Therapy.My first visit the staff very friendly and welcoming. Ms. Tong massage all my major problem areas. I enjoyed the hot stone treatment. I went in with a headache within seconds of my head massage my headache was gone.Looking forward to my next massage.Thank you

Had the most wonderful massage at Poised this week and will absolutely be going back.The vibe is very calming, and it’s a small space that feels cozy and comforting. Ricky was so, so friendly and professional. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire massage, and I’m not entirely sure he isn’t a wizard! I left feeling like Gumby!Two entrances; one on Richmond and the other on Danforth. Plenty of parking, though I do suggest going in the evening for more parking spots!Thank you for a wonderful massage!

I just left from my first massage at this location and let me tell you, I arrived with pain and left with pretty much no pain. I think Ricky has a magic wand or something because WOW. super friendly and professional!! Definitely recommend!!

I was shocked. Would not use this place for therapeutic massages. The masseuse said they had worked too much on my back (the area I have chronic issues with) and wanted to switch to my legs (I had no issues with my legs). My muscles felt no better afterwards, and went home and used massage chair with much better results. Maybe this place is for more of the relaxing" kind of massage. Beats me."
