Mark did a fantastic job replacing our windows in the house we purchased 2017. They made such a difference keeping the heat out during the long hot summer and keeping the heat in during cold winter here in Port Alberni. Mark is extremely reliable and delivered the job on time and on budget. He also installed our shower doors in two bathrooms. He's an artisan when it comes to detail and the finished product. He's our go to man from now on when we need more work done in the future.

September of 2019, Marc was asked to come to our home to give us a quote on door gear replacements on our exterior doors and some windows of our home. Both my partner and I had communication with him and he said he would get back to us with a date and cost for this activity. After I called several more times, weeks later from the initial visit, he simply said I am still trying to find parts, and we never heard back. Since then they were fixed and dealt with, and was not complicated.At the beginning of august, we had glass railing put up and we were short some pieces and expanded our project putting us in a position of needing some glass panels. Assuming it was a real simple request, I thought I would try again despite my previous experience. So I called Marc and spoke with him asking if he could give us a quote for glass panels. I followed up with an email with the dimension of the glass, and yet again falls on deaf ears, no reply or acknowledgment. So I emailed again, and still nothing. The catalyst for me was in between all of this, the business I manage, if you call him, he responds; he replies to emails and phone calls and will deliver service. In any case, his services are easily replaced with someone who acknowledges your outreach, and follows thorough with a customers request. Needless to say I will not use these services for either business or personal moving forward.
