Greener Cleaners

Filled out the online form and left daily messages......no response. Not impressed. I guess they don't need my business.

Our first few cleans were done very well. They have not been consistent as my last clean was very rushed and a number of things were not done. They made a room appear as if they had done it by folding the blankets but then left the floor, didn't do the mirror in the bathroom, basically spot swept my main floor, which all pet owners know does not work.My neighbour also expressed frustration over the speed of the vehicle and the littering of smokes out the window driving.When I spoke to the staff they basically said sorry and gave me a 15 dollar discount, but 20% off my next one.I paid $140 dollars to have to reclean my house. I feel uncomfortable having them back at my house.

I had a team of two come to our house this week and I couldn't be happier! My house is spotless! The followed my directions well and use green cleaning products so I don't have to worry about anything poisoning my cats if they lick it. They were punctual and efficient and trust worthy. The company owner dropped the team off and made sure we were happy - we even got a home made vegan cookie as a gift at the end, a very nice touch! I will be using them again!

Had the Greener Cleaner crew over to do a few rooms in the house. Of primary importance to us was that our cats walking on the cleaning products would not have a negative effect.The owners are former holistic veterinary workers and pet owners themselves so organic, pet friendly, eco friendly and products you could literally eat fill their cleaning product line.Great attention to detail made me very happy.A few days later, I still find myself saying wow it's clean in here""
