The absolute best experience I've had to date with a storage facility. Responsive, so accommodating, very clean and secure. Accessible 24/7. Amazing location. Can't say enough good things!

Staff immediately responded to initial email inquiries. The rental process was simple and quick, and the prorated portion of my monthly rental fee was confirmed within a day of notifying them I had moved all of my belonging out of the unit. Units were clean, easily accessible 24hrs, and available in a variety of sizes as well. Overall a great experience.

I had a tremendous experience with AJ Self Storage. Matthew, the Operations Manager was easy to work with, flexible and always prompt with his response. The storage facility is very easy to access if you live/work downtown Toronto. The storage lockers are spacious and easy to use and most importantly CLEAN! What I liked most about this facility over others is that you can drive your car right up to your locker to load/unload so that you do not have to use an elevator or navigate through tricky narrow hallways. Facility was well-lit at night which was also very important. All in all, I had a first class experience with AJ Self Storage and will be back again when I need them.

No rush. No asking for credit cards today... Bought packing stuff...... Asked for no money. Promised to charge after we have decided how many/what to use. Took back rest.... AMAZING in every way.... Nothing about sign up today and we will throw in a super discount type of nonsense..... Offered a cost effective mutually fair deal..... We took three units and been using it. Storage itself is AMAZINGLY CLEAN, SAFE, SECURE, CAMERA SURVEILLANCE - 24/7 - Easy access into the storage. Absolutely amazing facility, great staff the best location for construction workers within the east end/DT area. I have used this place for nearly ten years. Sad to be leaving but moving provinces. Great security. 24/7 access cameras everywhere. 10 out 10 recommended.

I had a storage unit here for 2 years and the experience was excellent. A gated location but with 24 hour access was a nice feature, the property was always well maintained and the billing receipts were always without error.

The best choice for self storage in Toronto. AJ is right within the city, which makes easy the access to my storage unit at anytime I need. I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Matthew, he is very knowledgeable, he helped me to pick the right unit for my needs without pushing larger/expensive ones. AJ Self Storage is an excellent storage facility that I felt safe accessing at anytime. It was always kept in a clean condition and also had lovely floral planters. I had tried out different storage facilities in the past, but this is one I will use again because of the friendly staff, competitive pricing and 24 hour convenience.

I needed a couple of lockers for 5 months while moving. Great experience with Jackie, easy to sign up, clean facility with 24 hour access and they are all drive-up units. Most importantly of all, when I was done with the move they closed my accounts promptly and refunded days I hadn't used without me having to follow up!

I rented an 8x10 unit for two months. There is 24 hour access with an electronic gate. Lots of room to move around in which is good when you are driving a huge moving truck for the first time. The floors were nice and solid, able to withstand the very heavy machinery and materials I had in there. There is a ~4 inch height difference from the ground, but a 3/4 piece of plywood fits really well as a ramp. I had no problems with moisture
