We had our driveway sealed by Joe and his family a week ago. It only took a couple of interactions to coordinate the work with Joe. I am a Civil Engineer with some experience in road work and asphalt installation and can recognize good work when I see it. There have been at least 5 neighbours impressed with how it looks and I believe all of them are having their driveways done.

Joe carefully sealed my asphalt driveway with coal tar. Looks great...just like new! This is the second time doing a great job. I will call Joe in a couple years for a repeat performance. I am so happy. Thank you very much for taking such great care to make my driveway look better and last longer by sealing it so thoroughly.

Joe and his team recently provided new life to my residential driveway. Many cracks and gaps. They cleaned out dirt etc from gaps and sealed driveway well. I have had the local door to door company in the past. However, for a little more money you get better quality and attention to detail. I recommend them.

Great price, great turn around time.. Had scheduled to have my driveway done and once it got underway the rain started, Joe and his team stopped and promised they would be back the next day and true to word they were.So much better than the average sealer. And the driveway gets comments from my neighbours on how sharp it looks.5 stars!

I was introduced to Joe from my realtor and was in need of a driveway sealing in a hurry. Not only did Joe squeeze me in, but he did such an amazing job that it most certainly contributed to a better curb appeal while selling my house. Sold in 1 day...over asking. I will 100% use Joe again when I need a good quality driveway sealing. Joe is the BEST!!!

Joe did my driveway two years ago. It will be ready next year to be done again. It has held up really well, and much better than the job I’ve done myself or by two other companies that I had reseal it.

Joe and his team have sealed my asphalt driveway twice now (first time in 2017 and then wasn't needed until again in 2020). The quality of the product is FAR superior to anything I have seen from others. He is responsive to requests, takes pride in his work, and spends the additional time needed to keep the sealer only on the driveway. I would highly recommend Beamish for any asphalt sealing work.
