This store never fails to impress me with amazing customer service. Rajdeep was so incredibly kind and helpful to find a best deal accoding to my affordability. thank you so much rajdeep!

The store manager is condescendly rude and jump straight into conclusions, accusing me of ordering the device from a third party when it was an OEM device from Rogers. I felt sorry for the trainee there because he was actually nice and helpful to the best of his ability while being talked down by said manager. I don't understand how a store that sold Motorola Z Play phones would not carry a type C USB charger cord for troubleshooting purposes.The store could've had a sale because one of the lines was out of contract and I had considered replacing the device but because of being cut off in explaining what my options were, I angrily walked out and went to the Mayfair location instead.The district manager really needs to re-evaluate the productivity level of this store manager. Along with other deplorable reviews, I'm shocked how this person could've been kept this long without a firing. I used to work in the wireless industry so I know when I am dealing with misinformation, pushback, and overall poor customer service.

Service was great. They had all the products and accessories I needed.This is my best Rogers experience in the 20 years I've been a Rogers customer. Michael M is five stars. It helped that my timing was good - the store was not busy. Thank you Michael M! If all staff had your attitude, grace, presence, and competence, all reviews would be great.

Went with my grandmother to setup a new service. Raj was so helpful, explaining everything. Taking the time to answer the type of questions that seniors often have, and even suggested a better plan, saving even more money.

An extended family member raved about the great customer service he received at this store from Raj. So when it came time to replace my aging device, I thought I would give them a try before going to my usual Rogers Retail outlet.Raj was even better than I was told, and has now helped 4 of my family members through the process of upgrading or being brand new (and happy!) Rogers customers. He has gotten us better plans for the same price, or has saved us money on a feature. He is knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. An excellent ambassador for the Rogers brand, I'm amazed each time with his amazing ability to go above and beyond for his customers.Overall, the staff at this store are very helpful and polite. I'm not sure what happened here years ago to get such bad reviews back then, but I suggest you check for yourself what a great store and staff it is today. :)

Rogers plans are a bit expensive! However, their sales person, Rajdeep, is quite familiar with the best options to help a client! He helped me with a new phone setup, great deal and best service is sales! This man know how to do his job and deserves a promotion!!!
