I came to this location to deliver the modem back and the customer service is awful. They didn't receive the modem and just limited me to saying that I have to mail it with a label that I never received. I told them it, but the woman in the store only said that I had to call customer service. They didn't give any solution and I had to find it by myself. If this location is opened or closed there is no difference.

This store doesn’t do their job right. I broke my modem a week ago and swapped it the guy working there didn’t change the serial number. I haven’t had internet for 9 days and today I call them at least 3 times a day and they don’t do anything about it and tell me the same thing every time, it’s honestly frustrating they have poor service.

Signey was absolutely amazing at helping me resolve an issue that lasted about 5 months that the phone reps were unfortunately unable to resolve. Because of her i remaind a Fido customer. She also followed up with me with updates!!Absolutely amazing customer care.Thank you Signey!

I went to get promorional iPhone 11on Friday November 29. Instead i got tricked into purchasing iPhone 13. The lady From customer service said nothing about iPhone 13.While reading agreement on the screen I remmember seeing $48 payment ( that what should be with the mobile service for the iPhone 11 ). I don’t remember being informed about $45 for mobile service additionaly.What I remember is total $48 per month.I am very disapointed and feel tricked.

Had the worst experience from a fido store. The lady at the customer service was so rude. She wasn’t even ready to talk properly to us. Would never visit that store again!

Please call Fido customer service line instead of visiting this location to open an account.I was verbally abused although they made a mistake, not me. I walked into the store to open an account and get a home internet plan. The process seemed to go great and fast, but they did not give me any confirmation email or paper. So I double checked with them and they told me I would get a confirmation email within couple of hours. However, I did not receive it for days, and I called the store to check on it. They got very aggressive and proceeded on saying what do you want

I have always in the past had a great experience with this location. Unfortunately this time it wasn't. I went in to upgrade my phone and due to my ID being expired the sales rep needed to call customer service to verify it. This took a long time but that isn't his fault. By the time he got off the phone I was there for around 45 mins. I needed to leave and they needed to close so I offered to come back the next day. While there the first day I asked about my plan and the phones I was interested in. The sales rep seemed to have little interest or knowledge in explaining anything to me. He also kept pulling his mask down which made me uncomfortable. The next day when I arrived the same sales rep was there but assisting another customer so the manager asked me how she could help me. I told her the situation and she went to the back of the store came out and started filling paper work out. For about 15 mins I stood there and then I asked another sales rep what was going on because no one told me what was happening. He said she's filling out your paper work. I had assumed it would be done by the original sales rep before I came back to the store since I had to wait forever the previous day and I told him this. After another 30 mins of being in the store she was done the paper work she handed it to the original sales rep he asked me to sign. He didn't go over my contract with me at all. Then he handed me the box with my phone and said I was good to go. I said can you put my sim card in and make sure my phone can make a call before I leave he said you can figure it out. I said no I would rather you do. He was basically pushing me out the door.....anyways good thing I stayed because the manager reminded him he needs to give me a copy of my contract....I then asked him some other questions about my new device and he again said I would figure it out....Horrible customer service experience.

Sales Rep Adrian went above and beyond for me. He waived fees, gave additional in-store credit ($50) and was able to hand me an additional 10% discount card for future use. Ask for Adrian, you won’t be disappointed.
