Great experience with the service Center. Pick up and drop opted and it was smooth. Customer service was awesome. In time delivery. Only thing to mention was: I was not satisfied with the cleaning of the vehicle. It was not done properly. My boot was not cleaned well. This can be improved.

My vehicle had a recall and needed a service. I arranged an appointment with the service advisor Jennifer Logan.When I arrived, I was greeted and immediately Jennifer came to meet me. She is charming, efficient and knowledgeable. After getting my vehicle checked in, she took me over to Rayelle so I could get the keys to my loaner. Again, another flawless and perfect experience.I was kept updated via text and told as well as being advised when my vehicle was ready for pick up - which again was easy!I am extremely happy with the experience at Mercedes-Benz Kitchener and their staff.
