Went in yesterday to apply for passports for all family members. No lineup when you enter. Approx 45 minutes waiting to get a call to the counter but the best part was the employee at counter 9 who was very respectful, efficient and made the whole process super simple. Thank you guys..

I am having a family emergency that requires me to travel and with the current labor dispute I had pretty low hopes going in today. Saw Jake at the passport office and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to understand my situation and to help. I drove for a couple of hours to get here, but can 100% guarantee that I will use this office for any passport renewals for me and my family from this day on. Thanks, Jake. You're a rock star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Isaiah and Todd were able to help me get an urgent new passport for travel within 6 hours (urgency fee needed to be paid) but the service was awesome, everyone is very kind and understanding of the rushes and stresses we have and the lines were quick. This saved me from losing a trip I saved a very long time for!

Plenty of pay parking($6) underground and behind the building. Underground is not recommended for tall cars.Arrived at 7:30 , 7 people ahead of me. All were greeted very professionally by the security.8:05 around first 20 people were taken in.8:30 everyone was sent to a counter.(around 20 counters)9:05 done with 3 child passport.Nicky was super professional and knowledgeable..From start till the end of the visit this place was awesome...

05:25 arrival and was number 4 in line. The queue had grown to 30+ when they let us in the building @ 07:30.Once inside, the people with appointments and pickup slips were separated into different lines, whilst a passport worker did a “pre check” to ensure everyone who was in the “first come/first serve lineup” had their correct documentation and forms filled out properly.Inner gates opened exactly at 08:30 where I was directed to a kiosk where the process took less than 5 minutes. (Non expired renewal)All and all….a good experience in the company of a happy crowd.Early bird gets the worm!!!

From the minute I arrived at 8am Monday until the time I left 9.30am the process for a new passport was an easy and pleasant proceedure. The security guards were polite and professional giving me all the information I needed and asking everyone in line all the right questions. The gentleman who served me at the counter was pleasant and very efficient. And I am happy to say that I just had my new passport delivered to my front door 4 days later!! Please note that it was not expedited. Great job and thank you!

The service would be faster when you book an appointment if it has options for it. Only thing I find that it was a little congested for people to stand outside as the line was long at the early start hour other than that everything was smooth. The people working their are doing a fantastic job everyone from Security personnel to the staff, keep up the great work.

Arrived at about 8:10 on a Monday morning; I was surprised to be included in the first group into the lobby at about 8:20. Intake began at 8:30 and was fast and efficient. I got my number and sat down at 8:40, was called at 9:10, in my car and on the road by 9:25. All in all, a pleasant experience with professional, friendly, and courteous staff.

Passport Office at Kitchener has a very streamlined process. The staffs are courteous and knowledgeable. Although they have a working system, because of the number of applicants wait time can be high. I always plan my visit at 8:00 am and usually it takes less than 20 min in and out. If you arrive by afternoon you might likely not get in as the waiting room fills up pretty fast. They have underground and main level parking for the building.

When we arived the security officer directed us were to go. The guy looking after us (Todd) did an awesome job. Was very polite, professional and a great sense of humour. Wife and l were in and out with in 1 hr. Parking was cheap. Only (4 dollars). The passport office in Kitchener is very streamlined.
