When it was time to let my girl go, I truly appreciated Jim's compassion and kindness. He walked me through what needed to be done, and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. I recommend him 100%.Once again, Thank you.

The Prince George and Area Pet Memorial Memorial Park is owned and operated by such caring people. I have used their cremation services twice now and they have made a really hard situation so much easier. Jim is so kind and compassionate. Steve was so very nice on the phone, Shelley was easy to talk to in the office and I can't say enough good things about Jim. He allowed me to put blankets, treats, toys, whatever I wanted in with Hershey to be cremated and said I could pick him up in two hours so I could get back home before dark. I live three hours away and it was just before Christmas and the roads were not ideal. I am so happy that I was able to go there and I would encourage anyone to. And it was $100 cheaper than in Williams Lake. Very caring people looking after our best friends. Is a beautiful location with amazing people.

We had an amazing experience here both times we’ve cremated pets. The owner was extremely patient and empathetic with my grieving grandmother. He offered to take a paw print and a clipping of hair for no extra cost (usually vets will gouge you for whatever they can). We were able to watch as he put our dogs body in the cremation oven. He knew we were from out of town and came in after hours to make sure we got our dogs ashes back the same day! Everything is extremely fair priced. The owner made an extremely unfortunate situation go by smoothly for us. Cant recommend enough!

*please read*What everyone said is true, it's an amazing place to go and has an all 5-star Google rating. What nobody mentions is all the vets in Prince George try to pretend this place doesn't even exist, and they try to send your family member down to Quesnel. Go here, you will not be sorry. I have heard of a few negative stories out of Quesnel and only amazing testimonials from this place.

I can't say a Pet Memorial facility is a place that anyone wants to go, but if you do find yourself in need of cremation or burial for your beloved pet, the owner Jim is kind, sincere and compassionate. Our horrible day was made somewhat less bleak when we found our way here and were able to get a small sense of closure by making the final arrangements for cremation. The remains came in a nicely crafted wooden box, personalized with our dogs name, a card, and some material on how to cope with loss.I think every pet owner should know this place exists. I honestly thought a veterinarian would accept our poor baby's little body and handle the cremation arrangements for us, but we were sorely mistaken. (Murdoch Vet sent us away, tearful and unsure of what to do with our deceased dog.)If you find yourself in this position, please call Jim at Prince George and Area Pet Memorial Park. You will find peace and closure here.

We had to say good bye to our precious girl Cassidy yesterday and I can't say enough about the kind and compassionate experience we had when we took her in. Jim and the other gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) were so wonderful at letting us take our time saying our good byes, crying and kissing our girl good bye, they helped us pick out a urn, took her paw print for us, and when my boyfriend went back to get her ashes, they had everything so nicely prepared with a certificate and brochures to read to help us get through this grieving process. Thank you so much from Sandy and John

We lost our sweet little Zahara this week. We were served compassionately and efficiently. Everything was explained to us. We were able to collect her ashes the next day accompanied by a compassionate package to support us. Our choices were respected. Thank you so much for your caring service when we were at our most vulnerable.

I received outstanding service when I took my little dog Lola to be creamated ... When I picked up her ashes I received a beautiful poem and information on how to help in the grieving process... I have been through this before at a different place and never was treated so kindly...the price was less as well. Something else to know...there are video cameras that insure you are getting your pets ashes. I traveled 3hrs from home to have this service and would do it again... hopefully not for a long time... highly recommend this place...Thank you Steve, Shelley and Jim

An amazing place! Jim is so easy to talk to and so very understanding and compassionate. We had our beloved little dog Sawyer cremated in early April and Jim was able to accommodate us on short notice. We did not have the opportunity to meet Shelley or Steve but received a very nice card from all three, along with a beautiful poem, a pamphlet on grieving the loss of a pet as well as a certificate of cremation. Sawyer's ashes were placed into a lovely little wooden box. The price for all this was very reasonable. We won't hesitate to use this service again should the occasion arise. THANK YOU Jim, Shelley and Steve!
