Absolutely amazing customer service. You have so many bras and sizes to choose from. My family made an appointment and we each had a person there to help us with our fits. We all went in leaving with our correct bra size which was completely different from what we thought when we first walked in. Would highly recommend!

What a professional and informative hour I just spent. Marlene was professional, efficient , polite and knowledgeable and made bra shopping much easier than having to do it on my own. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality bras and a great shopping experience.You do need an appointment before you go but it was all very easy to schedule.

Well....I won’t be buying bras any other way! Ever again! Wow! I think I’ve been wearing the wrong sizes my whole life cause I’ve never had a bra fit like this. It’s almost like I’m not wearing one. So comfy. The service is amazing. You have to book an appointment for a fitting and it was like going to a fancy store or spa. They cater to you, you don’t have to think or look. It’s like they know what you want once they show you a bra, see how it fits and see your reaction. They are bra whisperers ladies! If you haven’t been....you need to try it. Their prices are also much less than I expected. Like why go to a store where no one cares what bra you wear!!! They make sure you’re happy and if there isn’t a bra for you in the colour you want they can order them in too.

My friend and I are very disappointed with how we were treated when we came to this store, straight off the bat the lady appeared to be very apprehensive to let us into the store. She was unwelcoming and cold when speaking to us. Upon entry of an older couple to the store, we noticed that she welcomed them in a much friendlier manner. We are not pleased with our interaction and we’re made to feel not welcome to shop in her store. We left and will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible customer service today on the phone. I wanted to spend more money at your over priced store and I was treated like a nuisance because I needed help due to pain in my shoulders caused by the overpriced bras you originally sold me.
