Owner is very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Wandered in at first with some questions which he was more than happy to help with. Next, went in to buy a vaporizer. Rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive one possible, he took the time to find out what my needs and priorities were, explained the pros and cons of tabletop vs portable, then matched me up with one using all the information I provided. In conclusion, I've had nothing but excellent experiences so far. Very highly recommended.

Nice looking store, staff seems nice. I could tell he wasn't having a great day when I was in, and when I asked to buy a small bong piece for $20 or less his demeanor changed and he was much less pleasant with me. I ended up leaving with a nice piece for $25, but I was not impressed he wasn't carrying a more reasonably priced item, and made to feel uncomfortable for my budget constraints. If you put a bong shop right next to a low income area I would expect it wouldn't be a surprise someone wants a piece for $15

Great experience overall, went in needing a replacement bong and a new bowl for a specialty bong, the salesman was very helpful with suggestions and listened to my requirements and provided a lot of options with zero pressure to buy anything. I also needed a specialty bowl/down spout and he found the correct one and offered me money back or store credit if it wasn’t correct. But it was correct and works great, recommend for anyone feeling overwhelmed or pressured in a head shop to try this place out.

Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I only go there as I am loyal to him and his store. He has always helped me out since the beginning and I know when I go there I'm getting the best deal and always walk away happy.

Bowl was wrapped poorly in bubble wrap and placed on the bong in the box. Fell out and broke when removing the bong. Purchased tonight and did not even get to unwrap and use it.

Worker was wiping vapor off the door and windows as we entered, not a huge fan of this location but to each their own. Store had what we were looking for. Didn't get ID'd which I found strange..

They are honest about both the prices and, more importantly, the products. They are helpful, kind, not pushy at all, etc. If you are not 100% sure about what you want to buy and need some guidance from honest people, that’s the right place to go!
