Amazing service, especially apparent on having to return a defective ford headlight under ford parts warranty. Other vendors would make a person buy another unit and then hope to obtain a credit after returning the defective unit; not so with these guys. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. So quick & good value for a decent price. Both shuttle drivers were friendly & the service desk went over the service report with me item by item as well as made suggestions for next season. This is why I continue to travel to the opposite end of the city to take my car in to River City Ford.

I called on April 4 to book in for an oil change. A colleague gave me a coupon for a free oil change and I thought I'd try a new mechanic because why not. I called in, received no answer so I left a voicemail. I gave a bit extra time in case they were over burdened with Easter weekend but as it has now been 9 days since I left my message I figured I'd call my normal mechanic and I'm now booked in with them. While I appreciate the effort to bring new clients in by giving services away, I would recommend following up with those new clients at least once.

Derek is always super helpful and knowledgeable. The lady who helped me when I returned for my vehicle was not. She really shouldn’t be able to talk to customers. She ridiculed and put down ford products and processes. For all to hear. Very unprofessional.Shuttle was prompt and driver friendly and vehicle spotless
