I loved the Beyond Meat Burger, Onion rings and poutine. My children love you buddy burger combos and the service is very good. Shout out to Harshita at the Cloverdale outlet on Highway 10. She rocks with a 5 stars review... she made me an A&W lover. Thanks

Some one needs to mention the orange juice and hash brown. The orange juice in a chilled cup is freaking good. It is refreshing and delicious. The hash brown is the best I've had at any fast food place and competes with hash browns at diners. The rest of the breakfast is okay. If I was rating just the hash brown and orange juice this would be an easy 4 star. You need to to try it here.

I was so happy to see this place was just under reno and not closing! The staff here are so sweet. I went in the other day and the gentleman that took my order asked for a name, as I have a difficult to spell name I told him to spell it however he liked! He wrote queen" which made my day and gave me a much needed laugh. It doesn't end there! A female staff member surprised me with a latte as she made an extra by accident. It was such a kind way to make someone's day. I really appreciate the good service as I find other fast food places in the area don't provide a high level of customer service. Thank you a&w! ❤️"

Pulled into the drive-thru for lunch and ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings. It was about a 5 minute wait, but i figured they were making everything fresh, becuase there wasnt a line. My nuggets were luke warm and dry, and my first few onion rings were all crumbled, cold and uncooked. I throw out a few of those and get to the ones beneath and they are holding their shape. Great ! Nope. They too are semi warm, but also borderline burnt and WAY overseasond. Needless to say, it didn't eat them or the last few nuggets. I essentially had a $20 coke and microwaved nuggets. I won't be going back.

Ordered a burger with the beyond meat because I am vegitarian, they sent beef and when called to confront them, they played dumb even after i read out the store number and orser number to them….. maybe children should not be Supervisors….

I was having hardtime being my phone almost dead.I forgot that girls name otherwise would ve posted it here.She plugged it in for me in that time which really made my mind to its best.The food was also at its best quality.Appreciate her again.❤️

Walked in to 0 Clean Tables in The restaurant. As we ordered we had to ask for the Male Cashier to clean a table for us. After Waiting 5 minutes he finally washes the table, leaving it soaking wet. We had to ask for napkins to dry the table. After we sat down. A woman across from us had to to go out of her way to grab cleaner from behind the counter to clean her own table as the cashier looked on. We noticed our fries and onion rings were ice cold, had to wait another 5 minutes for that. Burgers were ok. Lettuce in burger was wilting. No garbage cans available for customers. The staff were horrendously slow. Will only come back as this is the only A&W nearby, please fix your act.

we came in to dine in today morning.2 girls working with glasses were so kind and they greeted us with smile.The breakfast delicious and their new drinks are worth trying.What an amazing experience!!!

Super helpful staff, I don't quite get all the funny names, but they helped me out with a group order to get the right stuff. All, they have sweet potato fries. ❤️
