Bought a 32,000.00 ford f150 from here.Had for only 7 months had issues with truck from start.Right rear window would not work properly due to window switch not workingFront passenger door started not shutting it would not catchDealer repaired or replaced damaged itemsTruck than had rear tire fall off when was taking it in to get front door fixed.Dealer again paid for repairs.June 2023 the engine light came on and had truck towed to dealership.Engine was damaged due to timing chain and will need 7,000.00 dollars to repair.Was only offered 20,000.00 dollars on trade in valueI went in wthout knowledge of this until I got to dealership and was under impression I had to get a truck from here.If I had known I was able to get at least partial reimbursement for truck I would have taken the cheque and went to another dealership.Now I have a 2017 chev silverado that has 219,000 kms and has had accidents that were in the carfax report.Thete are other issues with this truck that says it needs 13,000.00 worth of repairs.Since dealership is not affiliated with BBB I have no other option but to post here.

I’ve been going to Mann for years and during my oil change today I was not happy with the way I was treated. I arrived through the express lane which I is what I have been doing for the last year because every time I try call they say I don’t need an appointment. My last oil change was less than 6 months ago and I in fact did not book an appointment and just showed up as I was instructed to do so. Anyway, the lady told me it’s been appointments for the last couple years and that I was wrong and they must have just made time for me my last oil change. So I move on to the next guy and I asked him the same thing and he mentioned something about there being a 4 year wait for an oil change? I am not sure what that even means. I let him know my concerns and that there was a few other things I needed checked as my vehicle was making weird noises. He wasn’t too happy about these as apparently they barely had time to even do my oil change and he would see what he could do for the other issues I wanted looked at. Overall my experience today was not like any other times I have been and I have been going there for over ten years for absolutely everything.!!

I am not satisfied the service today June 9, 2023. I just oil changed my 2021 buick enclave 2 days ago, myself, i put 5.7 liters of synthetic oil and the computer oil life meter is 99% and the put in the report, top off oil and and other liquids, why? Is there any leak? I just filled up the wiper washer reservoir. Coolant reservoir is at perfect level. Another thing, i always rotate tires, myself, every 12k km as stated in the owner’s manual, my car’s mileage is at 42k km, what are the basis why they rotate my car’s tire? It’s because it’s part of the service package? It doesn’t need to be rotated at this time not unless there’s a sign of abnormal wear and tear but there was no report of abnormal wear and tear. Am just disappointed.

Just got a car or suv great friendly people. And great selection of cars, trucks, SUVs, etc! They dont just have black, grey, or white vehicles which is what i mostley see around here. We need more color in our little town.

Was a great experience. Everybody was extremely friendly. Especially the service advisor Katrina. Made everything incredibly easy and she had my truck delivered to me when it was all done and kept me updated through everything. Definitely going to come back for future work
