After having my 90000 boat extremely vandalized it has taken over 2.5 months to get proper estimates on there behalf for the damages, needless to say still no money to have the boat repaired.. we go weeks without being answered by our rep who doesn't return emails or phone calls and always has an excuse. When calling management we are told we will have a call right away which always ends up being Kyle our rep. Most unprofessional company I have had to deal with. Extremely disappointed!!!!! If you use this company ask to have anyone else but Kyle.

I needed a quick policy for my boat so filled out the online application on a Sunday and got an email back with the quote at 5am on Monday morning. Portside was able to get the quote done quicker, a lot cheaper and double the liability, personal effects, medical payments and tow coverages than the next best quote. Thanks Kymberly for getting this done quickly and effectively so I can sleep soundly knowing my asset is insured.

We have had a Portside Insurance policy for two years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have sent them several referrals. We are fortunate to have not filed a claim so I can't speak to that. I'm hoping to keep it that way.
