Wonderful neighborhood and building! Management is super friendly and everything is well-kept. Every time I've had an issue in my unit or needed something replaced, they've addressed it quickly.

My family and I have made Alto home since the day they opened their doors in 2016. We could not ask for better, friendlier neighbours or management. Staff make themselves available (either in person or via ClickFix), are always approachable about any issues and ensure the common areas are kept clean and presentable. The neighbourhood is an absolute highlight with its many shops and restaurants, as well as its proximity, and accessibility to the rest of the city. We'll be making Alto home for another long while.

I've had the pleasure of living at Alto since May 2016. The building is well cared for and thoughtfully designed with local artwork, has unobstructed views of downtown and tree-filled neighbourhoods, surrounded by independent retailers and restaurants, a good mix of youth and families, and a unique Mediterranean vibe. Property managers are professional, reliable, fair, and also kind. Tenants are friendly, down-to-earth, and neighbourly. It's my fourth home in Toronto and after 5 years, it still and truly feels like home, and would be hard to leave!
