Superior Suds Laundromat - Downtown

It was way too good experience for me till that grandma worked here but after this new girl with glasses who cleans at night came she don’t know how to talk to us. I’m coming here with my own money what’s with the attitude? If the owner is reading this review please work on that.

Clean, polite and friendly. All washers and dryers worked flawlessly; ATM not so much.Bill changer worked as it should and overall pricing was good - not great. I felt ok with it tho given the atmosphere and that the owner cared enough to keep the place up.My only real criticism is that the machine repositories for products didn't tell you which product goes where.All in all as pleasant an experience as laundry day can be.

Clean enough for a laundry matt. $4.00 for a wash, .50 cents for dryer. Quiet around 11 am.

It's a laundromat....I've been to better....I've been to worse....Quad machines in the back are worth the $7.No bathrooms (really guys?).No laundry sink.No running water for customers.... just the machines.

I like this place, I really do, but since I started going here in December I've noticed it's been going downhill. The prices have been going up and the timers have been adjusted down and it seems like the building is always cold.Washes in the standard machines used to cost me $2-something, now it's $3.75. You used to get 30 minutes for a wash, now it's 29. Same with the dryers, used to be 5 minutes for a quarter, now it's 4 and I'm pretty sure the heat has been turned down. Remember, this is only after 3 months, not years.They have an ATM but it's been out of service since I started going there, closest one is a block away at the bank. There's never any staff on duty when I actually go there (evenings/weekends).As I say, it's a really nice place, but it's quickly going down hill.

We've been coming here for over a year, and it used to be great - lots of modern machines, wheeled baskets, 2 large folding tables, friendly helpful staff when they're around....But the last two times we've been there, the new staff had most of the baskets, most /all the bigger machines and 1 table in use for what looked like hospital linens. Her laundry was sitting in the big dryers, not moving. She even went for lunch with the machines and table tied up but not being used, with several customers waiting for machines. When I asked about using the machine, I was told to use one of the smaller machines, which is low down and hard to access.Seems they're transitioning to a laundry service primarily, at the expense of the laundromat. Time to find somewhere else to go...

We have been in laundromats all over North America and rate this one as one of the best. Machines work and work well. Clean facilities and machines. Highly recommend. ( we went to the Korah rd unit). Good work folks.

Not bad if you go early enough. The prices are reasonable. If you go after noon, expect to be in the presence of drug addicts, homeless people and hookers. None of which wear masks and they will violate your personal space to ask questions.

Clean and well maintained. Change machine works, but the ATM does not. Dryers are 50 cents to start, but takes at least $2 for a full load. Washing machines are $4 for small and $8 for oversized.
