My order got looped and returned to them in a postage anomaly, but then these fine people rushed it to me even though it wasn't their mistake. Much appreciated. Great product, too.

Ordered some books in November from Leuchtturm1917 (a sub of Lighthouse). The order couldn't be completed so was offered a refund or different books. Opted for the refund which has not been processed despite phoning multiple times and speaking to a representative twice. The second time I was assured I would get my refund but still no refund. Bottom line, they will charge you for stuff you don't get and then keep your money. I will edit this review if I get the refund.Edit: Shortly after posting this review a refund was issued. So I will boost my rating to 3 stars, knocking off 2 for the pain of getting a refund.

Update: finally heard back after leaving a voicemail and this review. Product shipped over 4 weeks after placement. Estimate provided on website was fulfilment after 10-15 business days.I placed an order 4 weeks ago. Still no update on what's happening with it. I left two emails a week apart, and a voicemail on their customer service line. So far, total radio silence. Will update review if I ever hear from them.

Fantastic customer service. Online order originally scheduled for delivery Tuesday following a long-weekend. Arrives early on Sunday. issue with order and I email the Lighthouse team Sunday. I get a response back in 15 minutes that it will be re-shipped Monday (holiday monday). Tuesday 10:00am and everything's arrived. Wow! A+ team. High quality products as well and great loyalty programs!

Update 2:I decided to give Lighthouse a second chance this year and ordered a planner and some notebooks. It has been 10 days since the order was placed and they still have not shipped out.I've called twice with no answer. I emailed asking about expected delivery, and was given a response 2 days later with it will be shipped asap" without any further elaboration - items have still not shipped.I'll be dropping my review back down to 1 star and looking elsewhere next time I order a planner.Update:Lighthouse recently reached out to me regarding this review and took the time to make it right. I'm actually quite impressed with how it was handled this time around - especially since not many companies (if any) will put this level of interest into maintaining your business any more.Original Review (1 star):Ordered a few Leuchtturm1917 notebooks from Lighthouse - on their website they claim to ship within 2 business days however it took almost 2 weeks for the order to ship.3 days after the order finally ships I received an email saying that one of the items in my order is no longer available and is not part of the package and there is no suitable replacement item. My emails and phone calls regarding this oversight have gone unanswered for 2 days now."

Wow! Great items, great quality, great shipping, great customer service,. A+++ in every aspect!!I ordered and had a little problem with one of the items, they sent me another one in less than 24 hours. I will definitely buy more again. The quality is 10x better than I expected too. Thank you!

I won't bother ordering from this company anymore for notebooks. They claim shipping within 2 business days. It has been at least a week and a half since my 2 orders were placed and is still being processed. I have sent an email asking to confirm if there are any issues with my order, and have tried calling them too but you just get directed to voice mail. There are significantly more trustworthy places than Lighthouse to order their products.

I made an order December 8 as a Christmas gift. December 22 I had yet to recieve a shipping notification let alone the product itself. I sent an email and got a response saying it would be here by December 30!?! After letting them know I would be sending it back “return to sender” and would like a refund, I purchased a gift elsewhere.That is when the real problem began. They agreed to process the refund once the package was received. I sent the package back before the new year. On January 18 I followed up to learn when I could expect my return to be processed. I was then told they had received the returned items and I could either fill out a form or call them during their limited business hours with my credit card number as they are not able to process the return through their system without me providing the information. I called calling multiple times multiple days with no answer. I left a message with no response. I emailed stating that if I did not receive a call back to process my return I would be dealing directly with my bank. Two days later (yesterday) I received a call and gave them my card number. Today I received a second call, this time the number was blocked, requesting the same information.I am beyond frustrated and feel like I am being scammed. At this point I will be following up with my bank as I am unsure if my credit card information is secure. I’ll also be asking my bank about reversing charges as the return has yet to show in pending charges.This company is poorly run and does not care about its customers.

Nothing to complain about the quality of their products which I consider among the best on the market but... many things to complain and be disappointed about buying directly from thei website that definitely doesn't work. Never received shipping confirmations, any kind of update about the status of the order (also order I placed years ago seems to be in processing" status.Many times a product is "in stock" but after I order it they are not able to send it because "out of stock" (?)The last order was the worst experience of my life with any ecommerce.
