Robin and Michelle are two of the most incredibly kind and respectful people I’ve ever met, who are always considerate to their customer’s needs. I cannot count the amount of times I have had a flat tire or some other issue with my bike, and it was my only form of transportation, and Robin took time out of his weekends and evenings on last minute notice just to help me and to make sure that I could get around to work with my kids. These two wonderful individuals are not only some of the most fair and reasonable mechanics, I’ve ever gone to, but they’re just simply caring and kind human beings. Their rates are fantastic, their services always impeccable, and they care about the customer first. I would recommend Cranky’s Bike Shop 100%!
