Chris and Miquelle are an awesome team! We were a little anxious and very picky when buying our first place but they were extremely patient and made the whole experience so much fun. Chris was so amazing to work with! We had the opportunity to see a few houses with him in person, but then had to finish the search from Ontario. He did video walk throughs of properties we were interested in. He gave great insights of the neighbourhoods and homes. We felt like he got to know us and had an idea of what we were looking for, and we trusted him to give us an honest opinion based on what we wanted, and the state of the home. He helped us to not overpay for an over valued home in a crazy market!
