They just charge me 100$ for cleaning dirt. My bike needed minor adjustments for back draileur but they made a big mess and wanted to charge me extra 40 dolar. They just broke my bike and gave it to me.

Owner was too busy" to help when I knew exactly what I wanted. He did not even bother hearing my requirements and assumed I did not know anything. According to him he did not have the time "to guess what I would need"

A week ago I bought some new tires here. The sidewall of the rear tire tore while I was riding today due to a manufacturing error, so I brought my bike in to show the staff. They completely understood and installed a new one for free!Big shoutout to Bruno & Seb!

I 100% recommend this place.I’ve bought 3 bikes in total from them.The service is always so nice. The owner and the whole staff makes sure to have all the pieces of the bike that you’re looking for available and in case they don’t have them, they give options for you to get them.Bruno is an amazing person, welcoming, supportive and professional.It’s the perfect place to go, get your bike ready for whatever adventure you want, and talk to nice people.
