Nick was super helpful in making this a very successful and efficient buy and sell process for me. I got my new apartment, practically dream apartment for under ask and got my current apartment sold with multiple offers over ask in 5 days. The whole process from seeing an apartment one weekend, offering the next, my open house the next all happenned within about 3 weeks so time was of the essence.Nick and Chris were very hardworking and knowledgeable.
